Stay Home When Sick

When in doubt, please reschedule your play session.  We will prescreen the health of all staff & guests before entry.

Wash Hands Frequently

Washing your hands frequently with soap for 20 seconds is a great way to stay healthy. 

Keep 6ft Distance

Guests are responsible for maintaining 6 feet distance between themselves and other guests.

Wear a Face Mask

A face mask is required for all guests ages 6 and older.  Masks are available for purchase when needed.

How to play at

Ahoy Kitsap Playland during a pandemic.

Step 1: Make a reservation to hold your table.  Each table is a flat fee of $40, plus tax.  A $20 deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Step 2: Sign a new waiver, which includes language regarding risk of exposure to COVID-19

Step 3: Arrive 5-10 minutes before your session starts to check-in.   Your family will undergo a health screen, including a temperature check, before entering.  Everyone, ages 6 and older, will be required to wear a face mask at all times, except when your are sitting at your designated table.

Step 4: Wash your hands for 20 seconds before you sit down at your designated table.  Hand sanitizer will also be readily available.

Step 5: Please keep all your belongings with you at your table.  We also recommend your bring your own water bottle or buy water from us to avoid the water fountain.

Step 6: Toddlers like to explore with their mouths, please bring any toys that need to be

sanitized to staff immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Can I drop in to play anytime you are open for a play session?  Because we are limited to only 11 families per play session we highly recommend you make a reservation to guarantee your spot.  We will only allow walk-ins if we have availability.

  2. If I show up 30 minutes late, can I get a discount for the time my family cannot use our play session?  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discounts or refunds for time not utilized during your play session.  Please plan accordingly.

  3. How are you cleaning the facility and keeping it safe?  All public areas will be thoroughly cleaned between play sessions.  In addition, we have invested in 2 hospital grade air & surface purifiers by Airphx that effectively sanitizes and kills all germs and viruses (including COVID-19) every 60 minutes.  So even when you don't see us cleaning, this technology is continually sanitizing the air and all surfaces every 60 minutes.

  4. How are you supporting social distancing in your facility?  We are limiting our capacity to 25% or less and have distanced our tables at least 7 feet apart.  While families may remove their face masks while they are sitting at their designated table, face masks will be required for children, ages 6 and up, and for adults while they are in any play areas or away from their table.  Just like we ask everyone to keep their socks on, we will also remind our guests that masks are required when appropriate.

  5. How many tables can I reserve?  At this time, you may reserve 2 tables per reservation for up 8 guests.  Each table has a max occupancy of 4 people, including children and adults over the age of 1.  If your group has 5 people (for example, 2 adults and 3 children older than one) then you must reserve 2 tables.

  6. Can I reserve a few tables to host a birthday party with just family or a friend or two?  All birthday celebrations require a birthday party reservation and at this time we are unable to host any birthday parties during our reserved play sessions.  Please do not bring cake, cupcakes, balloons, gifts or decorations without making prior arrangements.  When in doubt, please email us at info@ahoykitsap.com to double check.

  7. Can I bring a friend or relative to visit with me while my child plays?  Each reserved table is for 4 people max.  You may share your table so long as you have not gone over your max table occupancy.

  8. Can I use my punch card, Pirate Bucks, admission tickets, or gift card to reserve or pay for a table reservation?  When making a reservation on-line you must use a card to pay the $20 reservation deposit.  Then, when you check-in for your reservation you may elect to pay your remaining balance using any of the above mentioned methods.  It will take 2 punches on a multi-pass punch card, or two admission tickets, if you decide to use admission tickets or a punch card to pay your balance.  You may also elect to have your deposit refunded when you check-in and use one of the following methods to pay for your play session: 4 punches from a punch card, 4 admission tickets, Pirate Bucks or an Ahoy Kitsap gift card.  Therefore, one table reservation is equal to 4 punches on a multi-pass punch card.

  9. We woke up sick and cannot make it to our play session, can we get a refund for our deposit?  We are providing deposit refunds for any cancellation made 48 hours before a scheduled session.  For cancellations within 48 hours of a reservation we would be happy to reschedule your play session or you may elect to donate your deposit to Ahoy Kitsap Playland.
